  1. Its Not Great Help But Carrots Have A Sorce In Them That ImProve Your Eyes I Dont If This Works ZBut Apprently Its True .. I Dont Really Like Carrots.

This Is Not A Quick Process But .. Hope It Helps

  2. It's funny how often this same question is asked every day in here...

There are lots of false claims, meant to sell books to the gullible about excercises to reverse your vision problem, but none of them work.

There are no foods, no excercises, no magic potions that will reverse or 'cure' your visual problem if it is a normal refraction error of the eye.

Aside from laser surgery , nothing is going to reshape your cornea, or your eye itself.

If there was a simple way , millions wouldn't still be wearing glasses and contacts.

  3. Footprintz123, your statement that "If there was a simple way , millions wouldn't still be wearing glasses and contacts" is a bit like saying that if it were really possible to quit smoking, millions of people wouldn't still be doing it.  In response to the question, do a search for "Bates method".  It is not about "exercises" in the sense of building strength of any muscle, but rather about becoming able to look at things without straining.  Unfortunately, it seems to be almost impossible for someone who is already dependent on glasses.  Now, I have pretty bad myopia, and I wish I had known about this when it wasn't so bad.  The reason I believe it could theoretically work is because I am able to make my sight momentarily *worse* by effort.  But many of Bates' suggestions just aren't practical for me due to my level of myopia.

  4. don't think so, i'm sure we would have heard of it by now. you'll just have to carry on being a lenshead like me!! get contacts

  5. you can keep your eyes healthy with good diet , but your eyesight will not improve, if you dont fancy laser treatment, why not have permanent implantable contact lens , they are done by the same companies as laser surgeries , the implants are very tiny and last forever . and can be removed.

  6. When I was little (about 20 years ago...) I read a book about this. It was about eye- exercises that you have to do with your eyes closed and (according to the book) after a while you would be able to 'throw away' your glasses. (I remember it actually said 'throw away'). I was very impressionable then... I did these exercises for about a year and nothing happened, no improvements at all. I asked my optometrist and he said it was unlikely that my eyes would ever be perfect, they might improve a bit over the years and that is about it.

I guess I am not being much of a help here, am I?

I actually quite like my glasses now.

For the life of me I can't remember the title of that book. Sorry.
