Eyes keep blinking hard?

I keep having this weird eye thing where i blink them super hard like i shut them and squeeze them shut with my eye muscles or whatever and i cant help it...had it for about a year

how can i stop this because it really annoys me...

I sugest relaxation techniques, meditation, and of course seing a doc !

It takes 30 days to get rid of a habit.

You can try hypnosis, easy way out is the doctor.

Try meditation like the second answer said.

Learn how to meditate by searching it on youtube.

That's what I do. I meditate everyday.

Stop flirting with girls than you're be fine.....lol. Seriously, it could be your eyes are too dry and therefore you blinked hard and became a habit. Try to control it and in time the habit will goes away. I had the same problem.
