  1. try eye drops

  2. Theres a visine for that

  3. Have you been doing anything different ie cutting the grass, hedge, heavy workload at PC, even chopping a lot of salad veg/onions? I know you said you have no allergies but often there is a heavy pollen count at this time of year,so maybe a one off. If you were a woman Id ask if you have recently used an old mascara that could maybe have dried out the wands can harbour bacteria  so replacing eye make up can resolve that.

Stinging eyes can be caused by eye strain/uncorrected eye conditions (intensely working/looking at a pc screen),take a break every 20mins and rest and look away a lot from your screen. Smoke/pollen/allergies ,if you also have redness this happens as a result of irritation to the cornea, which often occurs with dry eyes.

Try using drops such as Systane Lubricating Eye Drops around £6 for 10ml, from dispensing opticians.

  4. Hi, you've probably not got enough moisture in your eyes. Try an eye drop brand like minims because they are preservative free and are basically artifical tears. Your eyes might be stinging because it has been hot recently. Try the minims and if you don't feel like they've helped in a week, go and see a doctor.

  5. I don't know what the condition is but my brother had similar symptoms a few weeks ago.  He used eye drops from the chemist which helped greatly.

  6. try some visine
