Eyeshadow pigment? ?

I want some of that loose powder called pigment. i want to find the cheapest kind, but not off the internet...

try loreal hip high intensity loose pigments.

you can get them at most drug stores.

revlon has pigments in a 4 pack that all match called soft on the eyes.

my favorite is called head in the clouds wich is blue, purple, green and a nude color.  

loreal hip also has some, but they are more expensive.

You can get NYX Pearl Mania Pigments.  They come in these super tiny bottles but pack a ton of shadow in them.  You can get them at drugstores for about $3 depending on where you go.  I should have pictures of some of them up on my blog www.themakeupfixisin.blogspot.com later on this weekend.

Loreal Hip is the cheapest way to go at Wal-mart but if you want more color choices buy Jesse's Girl Eyeshadow Dusts. They cost $3.99 each.

The internet has awesome sites for the mineralized pigments. I know you mentioned not being interested in buying them online, but i'll include the sites just in case.

The Loreal HIP pigments are really good too. You can get them at the drugstore for around 10 bucks. They last forever! Be sure and also get a eyeshadow primer before you put on the pigments as the tend to have a lot of fall out. Primers make the colros more vivid as well.
