Everyday I wake up with a good eyesight, as in I can see distant objects quite clearly. But as the day progresses, I find what I see is getting more and more blurry. What are the possible causes of this? How do I retain the good eyesight like when I just wake up? Thx

  3. A far simpler option might be that you might be far-sighted.  If you are relatively young, you have the ability to focus through the far-sightedness, but as we get older or if we over-use our eyes (such as long hours of reading/computer use), the focusing ability declines.  We tend to be at our freshest in the morning, as you go through the day using your eyes, they may become fatigued and can no longer hold the focus.  For example, if you went to the gym and held 5lbs over your head, it would be easy at first, but at the day wears on, your muscles get tired and you'd have more difficulty holding it up there.  Go for an eye exam to determine if this is the case (and to rule out more serious issues).  Unfortunately, there probably isn't much you can do to improve your vision without spectacle or contact lens corrections.

  4. That sounds like you may have a high blood pressure which often is a cause of what you're experiencing. I would go to your optom to get checked for any signs of glaucoma. From there, if so,  they should refer you to your GP/hospital to get some medication of some sort to calm the blood pressure. Good luck
