You need to obtain an Egyptian visa first from the Egyptian consulate where you reside and on to Cairo International airport and you can go any where after that.

its easy to take , my dad was there,

but as i know there no airport there, you have to go to cairo then gargada

assuming you are english with an english passport, then £10 english, just hand over your passport and £10 note ( must be your native currency) to the bank kiosk in the arrivals hall when you get off the plane. Then the bank man will stick in a visa. and give you a few egyptian pounds change.
