as a heavy weight I'd have to go for the bigger and stronger guy Holyfield,though in agreement with the guy below it would be later in the fight when Holyfields strengh would tell,Id say Tko rnd 12-13.

i had a lot of time to think about this answer because i asked this last year.

two evenly matched opponents in many respects, i will give it to holyfield as well, as he is more of a solid puncher and  is up there in the top 12 all time great heavyweight champions of all time.

The arguably best light heavy in history vs arguably the best cruiser weight in history.  This one is a little easier to call, Holyfield has slight advantages across he board, power, heart, size and chin tilt the edge in favor of Evander, although Charles matches up well against Holyfield.  The deciding factor is that the fight is held at heavyweight, and Holyfield, at his heavyweight best almost never faced an opponent where he was the larger man.

Holyfield has 2'' and a 5'' longer reach on Charles. Plus Charles adopted less of a killer instinct as his career progressed and Holyfiled in his prime feeds off this. Holyfield takes it late say a KO12

Evander win a unanimous decision over a game Ezzard Charles. The difference is weight, Evander is confortable at 205-210. Ezzard was about 188lbs when he fought in the heavyweight division back then. When the skills are equal, the weight make a different. I have a suggestion since you know alot about boxing yourself.
