F-1 reinstatement question?

I failed out of status since Feb 13th 2008 and filed a reinstatement on 7th July 2008, which is just but still within 5 months. I did not work illegally and I believed I'd met all the requirements for reinstatement. However, I am still very worried about this because I'd never done this before and I would like to know the success rate of getting the reinstatement approved. Is reinstatement automatically guaranteed when I've met all of the requirements? I indicated that I only need another quarter (Fall) in order to graduate. Do you think I am likely to get an approval? I go to school in California. Thank you very much for answering my question.
