  1. It's no secret that questions will include verification of ties to another country.

The reasons for wanting to study in the USA are a good place to begin the interview, but are not, in themselves, sufficient reason to issue the visa.

You repeat "5 tangible" - do you think the number of articulable reasons is compelling?  It's not. What matters is the ties to the applicant's country.

  2. why you choose USA to study?

  3. From this and your other questions, it sounds like you are looking for ways to provide the "right" answers to your clients who are seeking visas to the US.  I hope nobody feels the need to assist you in this endeavor.  The bottom line is that if visa applicants have a legitimate reason to go to the US, have the financial means to do so, and are able to demonstrate a willingness to obey all of the visa requirements, the likelihood is that a visa will be issued.

    This all sounds very fishy.
