Wayne Rooney has already stated that it will be a bonus if his ban is cut even only by a single game through F.A’s appeal. It now remains to be seen how UEFA will respond to F.A’s appeal, one of the possibilities is that Rooney’s
ban can be extended whereas there is a good chance that UEFA will show leniency and cut down on their previously announced decision.
