Every main character in the popular tv sitcom Friends has a thing for example:

Joey= FOOD and s*x, dumb

Chandler= Funny, sarcastic

Ross: Boring, Dinosaurs

Monica: CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN

Phoebe: Weird

But i can't think of any for Rachel

Can you?

(fashion is kinda one but not really as strong as others things)

What about emotional? she seem to exhibit varied emotions at a much projected scale than others. like when she fouled-up something her hands would go flying while telling her tale. or animated would also work

I've heard her referred to as "the S****y one."  Maybe true, maybe not.  I do think fashionista certainly works, also.
