  1. Meals.

    Starter.

    French Onion Soup, with Garlic Bread.

    Main.

    Braised Beef Shin on the Bone, with Onion Gravy.

    Roast Potatoes, Parsnips & Steamed Frozen Minted Peas.

    Dessert.

    Pavlova, with Kiwifruit Rings. (both green and gold)


  2. Something nice and catered on my own dishes so I could pretend I cooked it!

  3. Saltimbocca.... Boneless chicken breast that are pounded thin, then rolled with prosciutto,provolone, and spinach, and cooked in olive oil and white wine.

  4. Easy.  Veal piccata, steamed asparagus with hollandaise, jazzed up stove top stuffing (trust me, it's great!), a mixed green salad with champagne vinaigrette and pecans and dried cranberries and feta, crusty bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and raspberry sorbet for dessert.

  5. I love seafood.

    For starters

    Bacon wrapped scallops with brown sugar

    Main course

    Shrimp Scampi, garlic bread, and a nice green salad

    Dessert

    Chocolate mint mousse

    Don't forget a nice wine to go with it.

I would try something really unique, but healthy and delicious; Tilapia fish, seasoned with salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon juice and garlic salt, topped with chopped olives, chopped green chiles and tomatoes, wrapped and baked in foil; rice salad (which is white rice, after it is cooked mix with cilantro, green peas and chopped cucumber), crisp green salad, soft, warm corn tortillas, and some type of mexican flan, such as coconut, I did this and my guests raved about it...
