F2 beeping after self cleaning cycle done, wanted...

Question

No problem during the cleaning cycle. wanted to use broil and the F2 appeared. Had to turn the power off of the unit at the electrical box. Is it a electronic problem with the key pad. I have replaced it in the past when I broke a know off accidently. The Magic chef oven was purchased in 1992.
