Chelsea took on Ipswich Town, in a game that was a must win for the Blues. Chelsea had been on a steep hill going downwards and knew that victory against Ipswich would give them the confidence that they had been missing for quite some
time now.

The match kicked off in rather boring fashion, as neither one of the two teams got firm footing in the game. However as the match progressed Chelsea started to finally pick up their rhythm and got the opening goal in the 32nd minute.
Kalou played on Anelka with a through ball and the French forward tapped the ball goal-wards. However the ball lacked pace making Kalou react brilliantly as he passed it to Fulop. This resulted in Chelsea scoring their goal of the game.
Moments later the Blues went on to score their second goal. Bosingwa raced down the right flank, before whipping in a cross to the near post. Sturridge was the quickest to get reach it and netting the ball in the 33rd minute.
With just four minutes left on the clock to half time, Chelsea went on to score their third. Lampard took a free-kick and his effort managed to deflect off, of Ipswich defender Edwards and nestle into the back of the net in the 41stminute.
Once the second half kicked off, Chelsea really started to take the game to Ipswich. In the 49th minute, Anelka was free in front of Ipswich goal, eventually picking up the bottom corner with a crisp strike, to
score Chelsea's fourth goal of the game.
During the 52nd minute Sturridge received a ball from Lampard some eighteen yards out. He then went on to bend a delightful shot into the top corner and gave Chelsea their fifth goal in the game.
Just before the match got into its final few minutes, it was time for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Frank-Lampard-c14097 show. The midfielder scores two goals in a span of two minutes, to give Chelsea their sixth and seventh goal of the game. The midfielder scored his
first goal from twenty yards out and then a minute later rushed into the Ipswich area to find the back of the net, after receiving a cross from Ivanovic.
The game finally ended with Chelsea quite simply owning the proceedings and Ipswich thanking the referee to end their ordeal.
