FABRIC CONDITIONER NOT GOING INTO WASH

Question

My washing maching has always worked fine untill the past couple of weeks. I always take the draw out and clean it and i also clean the inside where the water is released. My washing machine is letting water into the fabic conditioner draw but the draw just wont empty into the wash? It is still full of water and the fabric conditioner at the end of the wash?
