When someone's face twitches involuntarily while he talks, could this be an indication of him not telling the truth?

  1. No, ticks are neurological but can be intensified by stress. When someone is lying they are usually under more stress so there might be a correlation but I have a friend with ticks and his face twitches when we are just hanging out talking about nothing.
