how can you control what is seen if you choose to let someone be friends with you but only allow limited profile?

  2. From your home page, click privacy in the top right corner.

    On the privacy page, click profile.

    Then there will be a list of things people will see on your profile, like basic info, personal info, contact info etc... You can control who sees all of these EXCEPT profile, because if you aren't letting them see your whole profile, why be friends?

    So click on edit custom setting on any of them (except profile) and a box will show up. At the bottom of the box it will say, "except these people" and you can start typing your friends name. Just click them, and save.

    That way you can make sure you know exactly what people are looking at. Like you can choose to let them see everything, but they can't browse your pictures. Or something like that. Just don't forget to click the save button at the bottom.

  3. go to your facebook homepage

    on the upper righthand corner click Privacy

    under that, click news feed and minif feed

    edit whatever you don't want that person to see on your limited profile =]  

  4. go to edit where it says profile then click one of the links that says privacy

    then control what you want to do
