Who cares what Moosegirl says? The fact remains McCain voted right there with Bush, so how is he suddenly pretending to offer more? It doesn't add up

  1. McCain is famous for being different from Bush. It goes back to the 2000 primary. I think Obama needs another line of attack, because people are not going to buy that one.

  2. I sure had enough. I don't understand, this is the first election in my young adult life that I'm so frustrated with people's opinions saying McCain will be good for our country when he's not. Like you said, he has voted along with Bush and yet his supporters believe he's the right candidate. He is not different. He'll do just as much damage as Bush did these past 8 years. I really hope that are McCain supporters really looking at his aspects because they want what's best for this country or because they just simply don't like Obama. I feel that it's the second answer. I seriously hope this nation will change for the best - it just has to. Something's got to give...

  3. They are right McCain has more experience, bad experience. I am looking for a representative not a father figure that thinks he knows best.

  4. Hey Bullwinkle

    Yes rocky

are Boris and Natashia really the republican nominees

  5. It doesn't add up because you have distorted "facts". Yeah, it's a nice scare tactic to use on moderates who hate Bush, but really it has one major fallacy. See, Bush doesn't vote in Congress. In fact, he doesn't even get to say what gets put to vote. McCain's voting record isn't 90% Bush, its 90% Republican. Congressmen are expected to vote with their party at all costs. After all, that's where they get a large chunk of their support. The same is true for Democrats. Looking at it that way, one out of ten votes, McCain votes against his own party. Because of this, he is hated by other Republican congressmen. It should be noted that only recently has McCain aligned with Republicans roughly 90%. Before that, his record against his own party was as low as 67%.

Obama, on the other hand, has almost always stuck with his party. He has THE most liberal record in congress, voting with the Democrats close to 100% of the time. Now, which one of these two candidates is actually willing to say that their party is wrong on some issues and reach across the aisle?

Make yourself an informed voter without getting caught up in headlines and sensational "news". You'll do yourself and your country a great service.

  6. And of course, Obama didn't vote AT ALL 90% of the time.

  7. Bush was only wrong 10% of the time.
