FAFSA Pell Grant??? My EFC is 2581?

My EFC is 2581. How much money will I get from the Pell Grant possibly?

By the way...the tuition at my school is about $3,500.00 per semester (or $7,000.00 per year). I am an independent, and I claimed zero dollars last year. I am a full-time student. My parents made about $22,000.00 in 2007.

You will prob get around $2,000 to $2,100 a year (half in the fall 08 and half in the spring 09) in Pell if you attend full time and meet all other requirements for the grant... like no defaulted loans, not too many attempted classes, no Bachelor's degree... and on and on and on.

you claimed zero but are independant?

it doesnt matter. I'd file under your parents to avoid red flags. 22K is under the poverty level and guarentees full entitlement.
