  1. Did you have the results sent to a school.  Usually the school you have them sent to will tell you what your award will be.  If your EFC is 0, then you will be given Grants, Loans, and possibly workstudy for the full amount of your tuition & fees, books, and room and board.

  2. Your school's financial aid department should be able to tell you, you can get up to $3000 per semester, and with a EFC of 0, that should be what you get.  Check with your school or call FAFSA to make sure.  But for the record they WILL send you that info in the mail after you've registered for classes.

  3. You are definitely going to get money.  Since your EFC is 0, you are eligible for the full Pell Grant amount, and you'll be awarded Stafford loans.  Do you already attend a certain college or university?  Or, is this the first time you are applying?  If you already attended, check with your school to find out if you can get some scholarships or university grants.  Free money is good money!  If it's your first time, look for the award letter coming in the mail from the schools you are interested in - first-time students are usually automatically enrolled in the scholarship opportunities at the institutions (doesn't mean you'll get it, means they're checking to see if you can).

  4. You can't right off the bat.  With an EFC of 0, you are entitled to the maximum amount available to you.  This depends on your grade level, the tuition for the university you will be attending, and the university's amount of limited fund pools (Perkins, FSEOG, etc)

You are looking at receiving the maximum Pell Grant, ($4700 I believe, Found-1 feel free to correct) and your maximum stafford loans (Sub/unsub) depending on your dependency status and grade level.

Your Financial Aid office will send you a tentative award letter that will show the exact dollar amount you are receiving in aid, and where each dollar is coming from (grants, loans, scholarships, etc)

Normally, with an EFC of 0, unless you are attending an expensive school, you will adequately have enough funding to cover your tuition.

    Good Luck to you!

  5. You should reciev a letter in the mail soon either saying that you are eligible and will get X amount or like mine it will say sorry! No money for U

:( I f you get that then do a bunch of scholorships like me
