Now- The website is TVDVDWORLD.tv before I start. I bought a 6 Disc DVD set of a 1980's 3-season tv show that used to be on SciFi Channel called Monsters. You may have seen it-it starts off with a suburbian home with a family of monsters sitting in the living room saying "Oh, our favortie show is on" or somthing like that. BUT so heres the story- I spent 150$ for the 6 disc set. It took close to 2 months to get it,they gave me the wrong/fake tracking number and when it arrvied, the case was smashed and broken and THE DVDs WERE BOOTLEG!!!! They are EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY, FAKE and they sent me Discs 1-5 and gave me TWO Disc 4's.....so Im missing Disc 6. What the h**l is this c**p????? I cant contact them, the Emails dont work, the phone numbers dont work and I get NO REPLIES to my emails. I am EXTREMELY PIZZed OFF and if sombody would help me Id appreciate IT!!!!! I want to report them and try to get my money back if possible and for everybody else they got I am on your side, and I want to take them to court for this FRAUD..... They are loacted in Canada as far as I know.... Thanks PEOPLE!!!!

  1. Here are the results of a whois lookup.  Try contacting Domains by Proxy, Inc, since they registered the domain name.  You can also report tvdvdworld.tv to the Federal Trade Commission with the second link listed below.  A Google search reveals tons of people with complaints like yours, so your credit card company shouldn't have trouble verifying your claim (but you may want to cancel that card and get one with a different account number).  Good luck!

  2. Presumably you paid with a credit card? If so, call the credit card company on their customer support number and ask them how to make a report against this site. You should get your money back from the credit card company. Consumer law states pretty much all around the world that goods have to be fit for the purpose for which they were sold, and this obviously isn't the case with the trash you received.

Keep the bootleg discs anyway. See if you can find out for definite where this mob are registered and then report them to the local police, both as bad traders and sellers of pirated goods.
