FALCON 320 SHUTS DOWN

Hi, I have a Falcon-320 from PSC. When I hit the laser trigger the Falcon shuts down, Battery level full, tried with new battery, if data is input manually it works. Did a Factory default and re programed it. Still does this. What can I do?
