  1. Yes pick him i am planning on doing it myself    i say 1,567 with 12 td's

  2. 1,100yds  7 td's

  3. While I couldn't begin to tell you what his stats might be, I can tell you this.

    - He's very close to 30, the age in which running backs really start to decline.

    - He hit that dreaded 400 carry plateau, and no running back has ever done that and come back to be as effective as before.

    - He is coming off an injury.

    - He has been rode into the ground with the amount of carries he has taken.

    - He's got his big contract.

    - The offense surrounding him is absolutely horrible.

I'm not a big fantasy football guy, but I love football itself and can tell you that I'd stay away from Larry Johnson, as I doubt he'll ever perform like he did from 2004-2006.

If you want a sleeper, pick up Selvin Young from the Broncos. He showed excellent moves last year and has added more weight to be able to handle the starting role.

  4. I think LJ is a really good 2 RB, but a weak 1 RB, i think it is realistic to say 1200 and 10 TD's.

  5. I'm really wrestling with where to place LJ.

All indications from the OTAs point to Larry being fully recovered from his injury.

Herm Edwards has already intimated that Kolby Smith will take a portion of the carries, as might Jamaal Charles.

He still should be considered a feature back, but I'll bet they keep his carries to 20-25.

My main concern is the QB situation.  Gonzo and Bowe help, but Brodie Cryole is still not going to stop defenses from stacking the line to cream Johnson.

    I'm thinking 1064 yards, a 3.9 yard per carry average, 9 touchdowns.

  6. LJ will probably go for 1200 yds IF HEALTHY.  still has line issues and subpar recs.  Id say 9 tds.  I agree with first comment if healthy.  Jamaal charles and kolby smith will lighten his carry load as well.
