FAQs for Cytotec Anyone??? :S

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and im going to abort. I was told to drink one tab of cytotec and put two inside of me, then to repeat this after two hours. Is that true? What are the side effects...? Anyone...? Please?

Hi Samantha,

I wrote an article a while back about cytotec and talked to several women who used it to abort.  Since then I have talked to many more who used it and they all said the same things.  It is a very painful and drawn out event.  

I want to urge you to do this under a doctors care.  There are frequently complications.  Many women require medication for the pain and discomfort.  If you have time try to read my article and the comments below it as well.  There are several from women who have used this and I believe you will benefit by hearing from someone who has acutally been through this.

If you are not completely informed, then you should not go through with it. Also this is a pregnancy forum, where some people are desperately trying to have a baby so be a little more thoughtful

please dont. what you want to do may not only endanger the baby's life, but also yours. please dont.

even if used properly (for that, er, result), it may be fatal for the mother, and most hospitals, especially government hospitals like pgh, will not admit you if you show up in their ER and tell them what you did.

and you cannot lie to them (ex. tell them its accidental), they WILL know what you did.
