FAST FOOD!!!! HELP ME OUT PLeASE?! ?

im doing a persuasive speech on fast food nation [the book] and i kinda need a little help on how ii should do it.

it has to be 3-5 pages and its a speech that im reading to juniors in high school.

I basically have to persuade others the position on the effects of fastfood nd my position.

I'm choosing to persuade them that it is bad and im just asking for ur help on how to start it off..im not asking u to do my hw...

u could talk a bout what they make in hamburgers or fried chicken and how it makes poeple sick or want more of fast food.......................................

Fast food is bad b/c

high fat content

high temp of cooking => unsaturated fats and trans fat

high cholesterol

fast food, fast eating => unhealthy digestion

family nolonger sits down together to share a meal

erosion of the fabric of our society b/c of family splintering

togetherness and strong families => strong america

promotion of individualism not a group identity

promotion of high stress lifestyle of work hard, eat hard

failure to relax no wonder more cases of emotional stress disability

I don't quite get how your doing a speech on the book. Are you persuading people to read it or is it really that your stealing the idea from the book and writing a speech that says the same things as the book?

Isn't there an index you make an outline from and words in each chapter you can copy too? Is it an essay or a speech now? I think you need to think about this a little more. Maybe pick something that isn't so obviously bad for you and easy to convince people of. Like taking the stance that fast food is good for you. That would show off your best persuasive skills.

i did this 1ce this year i did it on powerpoint if u got that on ure pc if u have put ure presentation on there and get a data bar and then put it in school then u will get probaly good marks
