FAT LEGS!! ((Pic Included!!))?

Hey how can I thin my legs down a bit? I have really chunky thighs- too big for my calfs.. what exercises will thin them down, and WONT build muscle which makes them look chunky?

If you are, in fact, concerned about how you appear to others, maybe you should examine the level of your self-esteem -- because apparently you feel it's necessary to post wildly disingenuous questions on a public forum just to fish for compliments.

  5. Yor legs are fine. They look proportionate to your waist and hips. You dont need to lose fat on them. You can't spot reduce fat by the way, you lose it all over not in one particular area. In order to lose fat, the correct way you have to build lean muscle mass, which in turn will help you burn fat faster throughout the day. It seems to me that you posted that pic to fish for compliments. Self esteem issues perhaps?

Well, hello, fellow person with fat legs!  Seriously, that pic could have been taken of mine and my hubby luuvs my body so don't stress, they look awesome to me!  If you want to keep them that way, though, try Tae Bo, any of the videos are great, though I favor Billy's Favorite Moves; it is fun and you sweat ALOT and can really feel it next day, also try yoga on your off days, it's very toning too.

  17. you have nice thighs but if you really want to slim them down the only way would be to diet and run on the tread mill you wont gain muscle mass from running it will just trim and slim your legs giving them a more striking appearance
