FATTY ALERT. Help ???

Heres the basics

age: 14

height: 5"5

weight: 144 lbs

i need a simple low calorie diet to follow and i really dont know who to turn to. i have no clue on what to eat, and im really depressed. i have no boyfriend, no boys are INTRESTED. i think im pretty but i know im so freakin fat and it disgusts the opposite s*x. luckily i have lots of friends that are there for me but it still doesnt make my confidence any better, im just a mess!

please help with what i should eat and how i should exercise, i want the weight loss to be drastic i want to be 115 lbs!

  1. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something about it if you want to lose some weight, because you can do it.

    Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

    Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

    Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

    In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes in your body.

  4. lol wow!! im in the exact same spot as u!. are you like my twin??? lol. dont listen to that Mac thing. I joined a weight program and im working on losing at least 20 pounds. If you really want to lose weight you can start with a 1700 cal diet. you only take in at most 500 cal on each meal u have. You can have 2 snacks that are 200 calories. all that during the day. thats what im doing and im losing like 1 1/2 pounds a week. here if you add me on your contacts or whatever i can help you:)

    You should get out and excercise at least 60 minutes a day. even cleaning the house is an excercise. or hula hoops.
