FAULTY WIN MEDIA PLAYER v11, IE7 SHUTS DOWN...

Question

I bought an ACER notebook with Windows Vista Premium OS in April 2007. Have not used it much. The following applications have developed problems: Win Media Player(not launching); Adobe Reader (not responding); IE7 shuts down intermittently(cannot assess my Yahoo Mail account on IE); and Flash Player not responding.Now I cannot retrieve my mail; unable to watch Video or Podcasts on my favourite sites. Cannot retrieve reports or transact business on bank/card sites
