Definitely. Fay is most likely going to be over Jacksonville by tomorrow. In two days she'll most likely either have dissipated, or moved northward. Friday is far away in terms of a storm's longevity. You should be fine. Just keep your eye on the weather channel, as well as talk to your airline tomorrow if you're still worried.

I checked the news a few hours ago and apparently the storm is headed up towards Jacksonville. It will miss Orlando. If anything happens, it will happen tonight. Check your local airport and the Orlando airport on Thursday just to make sure. I see no reason why you would have a problem.
