FBA All State Honor Band Clarinet Help!?

Does anyone have the clarinet sheet music required for the 2009 FBA All State middle school try-outs?

Here's the FBA site's middle school audition requirements:

Bb Clarinet - The Rubank Advanced Method, Volume I;

Chromatic: 3 octaves from E

Lyrical Exercise: pg. 32; #11; top, m. 1-15 + one note, no repeats; eighth=108.

Technical Exercise: pg. 52; #12; all; dotted quarter = 92.

There's no actual music on the site (unless you're a timpani player), so hopefully you have The Rubank Advanced Method, Volume I...
