FBI, CIA, ATF, with education and Military background?

Question

If i have two BA degrees (Criminal Justice, Political Science) from a 4 year credible college, Military background (Marines) with the MOS Intelligence, and a Top Secret Clearance, will Oraganization such as the FBI, CIA, and ATF be interested in hiring me?
