FBI's policy on tattoos...?

I'm still a college sophmore but I was looking into getting a tattoo in memory of my grandpa, however, I was wondering if the FBI (prospective future career) had a policy on ink. Could someone help me out here? It wouldn't be somewhere visible, probably my back or side and it's just a phrase he used to always tell me. I appreciate the help.

I dont think its a good idea to get a HUGE NOTICEABLE tattoo. This can give away your identity, especially if you are the only one with that design
