FBI Student Internship: Who sends out the letter of recommendation and transcripts?

Question

I am applying for a summer internship with the FBI for next summer and I was wondering if anyone know if the transcripts have to be official through the college or if I can send them unofficially myself? Same thing with the letter of recommendation. I tried contacting the only email provided for questions but my emails keep bouncing back.

Send an official transcript and have the recommender mail the recommendation directly.
