well in the second half and admitted that they were lucky to claim a point away from home.
“Though it is difficult to say whether the decision was rightly taken by the referee, but we had to protect our goal at such a crucial time. The penalty was targeted towards the corner of the goal, far away from me. Tomsk Player
struck the ball well but I predicted the shot well enough and jumped in the right direction. I had a little luck; the ball hit my arm and bounced onto the field which made easy for me to collect the ball. I think we fought, until the end, and it’s a pity that
we did not win despite having so many chances.” The former Dynamo Bryansk goalkeeper was quoted as saying.
The promising goalkeeper heaped praise on the Asians by insisting that Tomsk played some fantastic football throughout the entire match. Narubin highlighted that he is shocked to see Tomsk losing so many matches in the Russian
Premier League despite having a terrific squad and an experienced coach in Valeri Nepomniachi.
The Red-Blacks managed only three points in their previous three league encounters against Zenit St. Petersburg, FK Rubin Kazan and the White-Greens, and Narubin played in all of those matches. The Russian national highlighted
