It only got worse for Asseco in the last quarter as Barca’s lead reached 28 points halfway through the frame and all Asseco could do was to hope the buzzer to ring soon to avoid further humiliation.
Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv 70 - Partizan MT :S 66
Maccabi defeated Partizan MT: S 70-66 in their second game of the Euroleague regular season encounter
Although Maccabi dictated the terms throughout the 40 minutes, it was an exciting game. Partizan got many chances in the game but failed to grab them. Four players from winning team scored more than 10 points in the game with Theodoros
Papaloukas leading at 13 points and Jordan Farmar with 11. Lior Eliyahu and Guy Pnini also chipped in with 10 points each.
However it was Dragan Milosavljevic and Milan Macvan from losing side that scored the most number of points in the game (14 points each).

In the third quarter, Partizan tried hard to pace up however; Maccabi’s sturdy defense didn’t allow them to do so. Macabi led the quarter 15-11 and extended their advantage to 56-40.
The last quarter saw an inspired comeback from Partizan. It all started with a 9-4 run early and finished with five points on a trot, however the lead that Macabi had orchestrated in the first three period proved to be just too
much to overcome.
