The Serbian ace declared his love for the Enschede giants and wants his move to De Grolsch Veste to materialise at the earliest.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Groningen-c39119 midfielder, Dusan Tadic, has expressed his affection for FC Twente Enschede. While talking to Voetbal International, the 23-year-old has insisted that the Tukkers are a good club and made it clear that he wants to
ply his trade at De Grolsch Veste.
The Tukkers have been monitoring the impressive midfielder for quite some time now, and a deal seems to materialise in the coming few weeks.
Reports indicate that the Tukkers have already agreed terms with the midfielder-c*m-winger while some reports even claim that both clubs have agreed on the deal with a transfer fee said to be around eight million Euros.
Tadic has confirmed that he has reached an agreement on personal terms, but admitted that he has yet to put pen to a contract.
“We have an agreement, but as long as I do not put my signature on the contract, it is not final. I hope that it happens in the coming days”, the 23-year-old was quoted as saying to Voetbal International.
The midfielder went on to express his love for the club and his desire to win silverware while plying his trade at De Grolsch Veste.
“http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Twente-c39233 are a good club for me. It is my desire to move to a club where I can win silverware and play in the highest echelons of European football, Champions League. That is the main reason I want to play at Twente”, Tadic added.
The player, who has an ongoing contract that runs until the summer of 2013, was the best performer for the Green-White-Army in the 2010/11 season, as he scored seven goals and amassed 17 assists in 34 matches.
However, the 23-year-old has not performed at his best this term. Despite featuring in every fixture thus far, the talented midfielder has only managed to score six goals while providing eight assists. The dip in his performances
is largely due to the fact that he is struggling with a slight hamstring problem this season.
