Andrey Kobelev had urged the Wings of the soviet to sign the Congolese footballer in a bid to get some pressure off Sergei Kornilenko’s shoulders
FC Krylia Sovetov Samara have signed AEL 1964 FC striker, Joel Tshibamba, on loan. The Dutch-Congolese player will remain at the Metallurg stadium until the end of the ongoing Russian Premier League
season.
The fact that the Perya have failed to score freely during the domestic campaign prompted Andrey Kobelevto sign the striker during the winter transfer window.
The Russian tactician had earlier warned the Feathers to sign a striker, as they were too reliant on the only available striker in the team, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergei-Kornilenko-c32960.
Kobelev had assured the fans of signing an attacker during this transfer window, revealing that even Zenit St. Petersburg and CSKA Moscow, two of the top Russian outfits, are reliant upon their strikers to retain a decent
place on the league table.
“We know about the problems and we are working to resolve them as soon as possible. But we have only one striker at our disposal. We are looking to add somebody in the line of attack.
“We have seen immense changes in recent years at Metallurg stadion but if we keep training hard and keep faith in our self, we can achieve good results.” The former Real Betis player had said.
The Russian tactician has now fulfilled the promise made to the fans by signing the 23-year-old striker on loan.
The Rats have now signed Tshibamba after the landmark signing of Alexander Hleb from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Barcelona-c39078 during the winter transfer window. The Belarusian signed a two-year contract with the Russian outfit earlier this
month.
Though Krylia have failed to claim silverware in more than a decade, they have never been relegated since the inception of Russian Premier League. As things stand, the Perya are at the thirteenth spot on the league table
and 10 points adrift of the bottom spot.
With 12 league rounds left to play, they still have a chance to avoid dropping down to the Russian First Division next season.
