FC Porto's http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fernando-c13609 wanted by Juventus – Primeira Liga News
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186’s Fernando is reportedly wanted by Juventus. The midfielder has been coveted by a number of Italian sides and Antonio Conte is allegedly looking to acquire his services to fill the gap in midfield.
Serie A giants, Juventus, are supposedly on the hunt for a top class midfielder in order to fill in the void in the centre of the park. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alessandro-Del-Piero-c4726, who has been the symbol of the club in the last decade or so, is close to retiring and will depart
the Juventus Stadium at the end of the season.
While a number of high profile players have been linked with the Bianconeri, FC Porto’s Fernando looks the most likely to sign for the team in the upcoming transfer window.
Former Brazilian U-20 International, Fernando, is currently having a hard time getting on the team sheet at Estadio do Dragao. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vitor-c36281 Pereira has barely used the former Vila Nova man this term and he has moved him down the pecking order.
More recent news also suggest that a clutch of players could make their way out of the club, as the Portistas have to pay transfer fees and currently do not have enough funds to do so. The hierarchy are reportedly considering the sale of several first-teamers
and that list is also thought to contain the name of Fernando.
With his unwanted status in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 will be an easy task, but Porto are also eager to make the most of out of the sale, if there is one. The Dragons will allegedly offer the player a new contract and bump up his buyout clause, to earn
more money.
As the 24-year-old has a current clause of €30 million, it remains unlikely that Juventus will fork out such as exorbitant amount, let alone something more than that.
Antonio Conte has been sending scouts to watch Fernando in action and has been impressed with what he has seen.
The Zebras are now thought to be preparing a €7 million bid for his services, but that falls well short of the figure which FC Porto are demanding. However given that Fernando is hardly playing for them and the club is dire need of cash; a move is expected
to materialize in the upcoming transfer window.
