<p style="text-align:justify">Sergei Perednya’s men romped past Volga Nizhny Novgorod by defeating the Volgari 1-0 in a closely contested Russian Premier League encounter at Trud stadion.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">In the aftermath of the outcome, FC Tom Tomsk winger, Denis Boyarintsev, has hailed the magnificent win against their arch rivals and assured the fans that the Asians can avoid playing in the Russian First Division next season.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">As things stand, Tomsk are at the bottom spot on the league table and 13 points short of the safety zone.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Boyarintsev, who scored the winner in their latest home win against Volga, expressed his delight after scoring his first goal for the Russian outfit this season. However, he refused to single out his performance and credited the
entire team for the latest win.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">“I must say it was a great assist and I just finished the ball. The entire team made that move. So, I think they all deserve the plaudits. I could have scored another goal but I headed the ball into the hands of the opposing keeper
rather than to control it on the chest and score with my feet.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">“I am proud to wear the captain’s armband. It’s always nice to wear it. I am confident that I can lead this team to retain a Russian Premier League spot next season and we will fight to the last match of the season.” The former
Rubin Kazan player was quoted as saying.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Though the Siberians, who were promoted to the Russian Premier League in the 2004/05 campaign, were in similar position last term, but they fought back to finish the league on eighth spot.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Boyarintsev demanded similar performances from his teammates, revealing that everything is possible in football and they are moving in the right direction after winning against Volga at home. He urged his teammates to extend the
winning run to survive the relegation battle.</p>
