Although John Guidetti’s contract with Manchester City expired last month, the Swedish U-21 International is still training with the Citizens in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/United-States-c3034. The 19-yer-old has admitted that he is still unsure where his future lies, as FC Twente Enschede
have remained interested in his services in the ongoing summer transfer market.
The Swedish U-21 International has been a part of the Citizens since his arrival in the 2008/09 season, but he has not managed to play even single game at City of Manchester Stadium. Guidetti was loaned to his former club, IF Brommapojkarna, at the start
of the 2010/11 season and to Burnley after the winter break.
The young striker admitted that he is obliged to be still training with the English Premier League outfit and revealed that his entire focus is currently on improving his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Skills-c40539.
“I don't know what's happening at the moment. I have to try to live for the moment. I am grateful to be here with City and keeping myself fit. I was told to travel with the squad and I do not know exactly how long I will be in the USA.”
“I doubt I will play a game with the team but it is always fun to be with City. I have been in a positive mood and I'm just focusing on my football. I really don't know what will happen and I'm not thinking too much about it”, Guidetti was quoted as saying
to the media.
Earlier reports suggested that FC Twente have signed Guidetti on a Bosman move, but it seems like the transfer is yet to be completed. Rumours were also rife that the striker has started talks with Bologna.
Joop Munsterman, the Tukkers chairman, mooted all speculations earlier and revealed that the striker is set to arrive at De Grolsch Veste in the coming days.
