Reports from Enschede indicate that FC Twente Enschede have not stopped pursuing Feyenoord Rotterdam’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Leroy-Fer-c22126, despite the Rotterdam giants reluctance in letting go of their prized asset.
The Dutch International is a product of the Stadiumclub’s youth academy and started his professional career at De Kuip Stadion in the 2007/08 season. The promising youngster has remained with the fallen Eredivisie giants since he made his debut in December
2007, but his performances in the last couple of seasons have made the 21-year-old one of the key players in the club’s line-up.
The young midfielder has represented his side in 109 games. He has scored 13 goals and provided a bagful of assists in his four-season stay at Feijenoord Stadion. His good performances have not gone unnoticed, as a host of elite European clubs are taking
keen interest in taking the youngster’s signature in the ongoing summer transfer market.
