The 18-year-old recently penned down a contract with the Utreg that will keep him at Stadion Galgenwaard

However, the 18-year-old impressed the Utreg management with his skills while he was training at Stadion Galgenwaard earlier this year. His performances in Netherlands were enough for the Utreg management to take steps to acquire his services. The attacking

The promising youngster revealed that his role model is Barcelona’s Andres Iniesta and believes that the midfielder is unarguably one of the best players in the world.
“I like Iniesta of Barcelona. He is not a tall player, and neither am I. However, he is one of the best players in the world. I want to become like him”, Takagi revealed while talking to the media.

The attacking midfielder revealed that he is going to learn English and Dutch to communicate easily with his teammates.
“I’m starting to learn both languages. Dutch is very difficult to pronounce. I’m practicing with the voice function of the electronic dictionary”, the 18-year-old added.
The Japanese U-19 International then went on to reveal that he wants to become a key player for the Utreg.

It seems like that the Japanese sensation has great ambition for the seasons to come. However, only time will tell that whether the youngster can live up to his own expectations or not.
