FEDERER VS KARLOVIC ? update plz!

can anyone please update me on the score? i dont get to watch the match till 7 and i really want to know if federer won!!! thanks sooo much :)

Haha .. Karlovic wins !!! That means technically when the last years Toronto n Cincenatti points r taken out on 18th, Rafa Nadal is the new world #1 . Federer will loose 850 points. Rafa will loose 230 from last year. Rafa is he wins wil be # 1 at the end of the week. If Rafa reaches the SF or better. He will be # 1 whatver happens in the Olmpics . So this week or 18th there wil be a new # 1 .

well let me see...it's now 3-4 karlovic in the thrid set tie-break

and now it's 3-5 as federer misses a backhand long...Karlovic is playing much more consistantly in the match.

now...3-6 as karlovic hits an unreturned serve and now federer is serving to stay in the match.

karlovic misses a forehand way long and it's now 4-6...still three match points.

federer with a good serve and a nice angle to create the miss hit by karlovic...5-6

karlovic serving for the match...and he doesn't use a challenge on his first serve miss, but it doesn't matter because federer misses another backhand to lose the match!

Wow that was kind of suspenseful. When Karlovic missed the first serve I thought Federer would have a chance at evening the tiebreak, and he would raise his level of play in typical fashion.

Federer lost the first set tie break. He succeeded in breaking Karlovic in the second set and both players held serve in the third set.

The best Fed can do now is force another tie breaker and win it. If Fed can just get past Karlovic the draw is much easier to the finals...
