  1. Should have never let them get that close first time seeing each other. You have to introduce them a lot slower. They shouldn't even be in the same cage until they like each other.

  2. because the first girl was your little girl first and now the new farret is your little girl. i say the same to my cats

  3. Okay, first of all, your girl is probably not trying to kill her. She is trying to show her who is boss. She bites her by the scruff of the neck, right? Then dragging her around? That is dominance behavior. You need to do some research on introducing ferrets to each other. Also, remember that while it is possible to integrate your ferrets, it may take a long time. I have owned ferrets for over 16 years and the toughest integration I have had so far took about 3 years, and it still isn't a completely harmonious relationship. I currently have 4 ferrets, but have had up to 13 at one time.

  4. the girl ferret is trying to kill her because she was the only girl before and she is the dominate female, then when you brought the other ferret it say her as intruding on territory so she is trying to get rid of her.

the boy ferret likes her because he sees her as another female.

you can try and stop this by putting mesh or clear plastic between the two females and slow take it away, to start with only let them be near each other when your there so that if something happens you can remove one of them.

    hope it helped

    cheers
