FF7: dirge of cerberus, ultimate gun, where and how?

Where do i get the ultimate gun? ive heard its by getting the "Toy" or "Model" gun and then upgrading it, if this is true where is the model or toy gun?

Model Gun  The Model Gun is a children's toy handgun, it's weak and does very little damage, it also has appauling aim but it is very light allowing Vincent to move quickly.  

Silver Model Gun  A silver version of the Model Gun, again it slightly improves on the Model Gun but in all accounts it's still awful.  

Gold Model Gun  A gold version of the Model Gun, it slightly improves on the Silver Model Gun but on all accounts it's still awful.  

Ultima Weapon  The second most powerful weapon in the game, it's perfect in almost all fields. It's the entire reason you spent 250,000 Gil upgrading your Model Guns, but boy is it worth it!
