Yes the above answerer is correct: you talk to brother and then the world map comes up with a list of locations to choose from. It also gives the options of inputting codes and inputting coordinates. There are 3 codes and 6 coordinates. Check my answers to your other questions for them.

you need to go ask brother and he will ask where to, there is an option on there to search.  I think this is how is is done, its been so long since Ive played it.

Check your walkthrough book, it tells you everything you need.  If you havent got one, invest in it as it gives you lots of little secrets, especially how to get oyur celestial weapons and special Aeons like Yojimbo and Magus Sisters.
