FHI straighteners, how much are they and are they any good?

Just wondering as they're what my hairdresser uses and they seem to work well but obviously they're a professional and use products as well. Wondered how good they are for just normal use?

I searched and searched for the lowest price I could find and  bought my FHI hair straighteners for £54.99 from http://www.saloneasy.com/straighteners/f... and I have to say that they are excellent, the best straighteners I have used. They heat up to 232 degrees and always straighten my hair perfectly.
