FIDE chess tournament ?

I like to participate in FIDE chess tournament, I improve my chess through internet and books. There is no chess club in our home town, Can any chess player give me details about time control, moves, offering draw, and particularly problems on tournament table.

Fide is the world chess federation.  To compete in a fide tournament you will first need to join your nations chess federation, In the USA that would be the USCF "United States Chess Federation"

As a member of USCF ( or your nation's chess federation) you will be able to compete in their sponsored chess tournaments.  This will mean traveling to where the tournaments are held and playing in many tournaments until your chess rating is high enough so that you are invited to play in a fide event.  Since you live in a town with no chess club and traveling may be a problem for you I would suggest an alternative to fide.

The ICCF (International Correspondence Chess Federation) sponsors postal and email chess tournaments which you can play without leaving home.

lastly you might look into starting a chess club in your town!  I know of clubs that have been organized to meet at book stores who have sit down café's, donut shops, Library's, schools and even a church.
