FIFA 08 future stars?

Question

I've just started a Manager Mode with my team the Gunners of Arsenal

I wanna try to get as many good players as I can, I'm not looking for a Ronaldo, or an Henry(although I do plan on bringing him ;)) but I want young players that will devlop into high quality players...2 guys I really like are Michael Owen and Ryan Babbel..but I want some young lesser known players that will improve quickly..I've already added Peter Crouch...also any advice or tips for Arsenal would be nice.
