FINAL CUT PRO AND APPLE MAC HELP?

im thinking about learning FCP but i cant afford a barand new mac and the software, so im thinking about getting an old mac and an old version of FCP.

does anybody know if FCP will run on any mac without problems, or do you have to buy a top of the range one? or can i just use a really old mac like a G4 or something

  1. FCP is a lot like Adobe Premiere. If your hardware is slow, it will do stuff slow.
